Palais Builders draws and builds every project it takes on. Custom homes and full-home renovations for clients who care how a space is put together, not only how it looks the day it opens. Design and build under one roof.
Every project starts with drawings. Layouts, materials, and finishes are worked through with the client before a wall is touched. The estimate follows the drawings; the drawings follow the room's brief.
Once construction starts, the drawings are what the site is measured against. That is how the small things stay right, and it is the same reason our estimates hold once the scope is set.
We keep trades in-house where the work benefits from it: carpentry, millwork, and finish. Where a specialist is needed, we bring in a partner we have worked with before.
